This didn’t start in a boardroom.

It started with frustration.

At 17, I kept seeing the same thing in Pakistan’s self-care and skincare market:
harsh formulas, outdated thinking, and zero education.

Most products were built when the market was still in its nascent stage — when people didn’t really know what good skincare was supposed to feel like, or do.

And honestly? We deserved better.


I saw the gap before it was obvious.

I had exposure to Western skincare and personal care standards — how products are formulated, how ingredients are chosen, and how care is supposed to be gentle, effective, and science-backed.

The difference was massive.

While global brands focused on:

  • Skin barrier health

  • Long-term results

  • Safe, thoughtful ingredients

Local options were still stuck in:

  • Harsh chemicals

  • Short-term “instant” effects

  • Little to no user education

That gap bothered me.


So I built what didn’t exist.

Nucleus was created to bridge that gap.

Not to follow trends.
Not to copy what already exists.
But to bring modern, thoughtful care to Pakistan — the kind people actually deserve.

Yes, I started this brand at 17.
Not because it was easy — but because waiting didn’t make sense.
