🛡️ Defective or Damaged Products (Returns) We are committed to quality. Per our policy, we accept returns specifically for defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect items.

• Cost: If your order arrives damaged or wrong, we will cover all delivery charges for the return or replacement.

🔄 Exchanges We accept exchanges if you need a different variation or solution.

• Cost: Original delivery charges are non-refundable. For voluntary exchanges, the customer covers the delivery charges for sending the product back.

📅 7-Day Timeline You have 7 days from the delivery date to submit a request for a return (for defects) or an exchange.

📦 Condition Requirements To qualify for an exchange or a defect claim, the product must be mostly unused with at least 90% of the content remaining.

⚡ Processing Time All requests are processed within 3–5 working days.
