Nucleus sells skincare and personal care products in Pakistan.
We reserve the right to update prices, policies, and products without notice.

2. Orders

• All orders must be placed with accurate name, address, and contact details.

• We may cancel orders if information is incomplete or incorrect.

3. Payment

We accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Bank Transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa (where available)

4. Shipping

• Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days.

• Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or holidays.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted within 7 days only for unused, undamaged, and defective products.

6. Product Use

Results vary from person to person.
Always do a patch test if you have sensitive skin.
Nucleus is not responsible for misuse or allergic reactions.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Courier delays

• Incorrect customer information

• Damages caused after delivery

We never share your personal information with third parties except courier partners for delivery.
