We don’t believe shipping should feel like a mystery.
So here’s everything — simple, honest, and straight.

📦 Before It Moves

Once you place an order, we don’t sit on it.

  • We fulfill orders daily until 9:00 PM. Any orders placed after 9:00 PM will be processed the following day

  • No ghost orders. No unnecessary delays.

If it’s a Sunday or public holiday, we move on the next business day.

🚚 Where We Deliver

If couriers go there, we go there.

  • Nationwide delivery across Pakistan

  • Cities, towns, and most remote areas included

⏳ How Long It Takes

Real timelines. No fairy tales.

  • Major cities: 2–4 working days

  • All Destination: 3–6 working days

Sometimes life happens — weather, strikes, roadblocks — and deliveries may take a little longer. We don’t hide that.

  • Free shipping promos? You’ll see them clearly

📦 Who Delivers It

We partner with trusted courier services in Pakistan that know the roads better than Google Maps.

💵 Cash on Delivery

Yes — COD is available in eligible areas.
Just make sure:

  • Your phone number works

  • Your address makes sense

(Delivery riders are human too.)

🔍 Track It

Once your order leaves us, you’re not left guessing.

  • Tracking details are shared via SMS or WhatsApp when available

🚫 Missed Deliveries & Wrong Addresses

If:

  • The address is incorrect

  • The phone number is unreachable

  • The parcel is refused without reason

The order may be returned or cancelled.
Reshipping can include additional charges.

We control processing.
Couriers control roads, traffic, and chaos.

Nucleus isn’t responsible for delays caused by courier companies or situations beyond our control — but we’ll always help where we can.
